POS FAQs
Can my employees steal funds from the POS?
No. The Web POS interface generated from your dashboard is strictly "receive-only". It does not contain private keys, withdrawal features, or any ability to reverse transactions. It is simply a UI to generate invoice QR codes.
What if the blockchain is slow to confirm?
At the physical checkout counter, every second matters. Our system listens to the "Mempool" (unconfirmed transactions). If a customer sends funds with adequate network fees, the POS screen will flash a green "Payment Detected" state almost instantly, so you don't have to make the customer wait 10 minutes for full block confirmation.
